Here is a great combination: a four-day, three-night trip on the beautiful Rogue River, camping out the first two nights and staying at a wonderful wilderness lodge the last. This is the trip for those who want the full river touring experience: exciting rapids, beautiful scenery, abundant wildlife, eating and camping under the stars, AND staying at a fine lodge.

Clay Hill Lodge on the Rogue RiverYou'll spend the first and second nights at comfortable river camps. We supply the sleeping bags, air mattresses, tents, and even camp chairs. We do all the cooking and cleaning up. Your camp responsibilities are to do what you want. You can read, swim, hike, visit, or nap. Maybe we'll play some camp games.

The next night you'll stay at Paradise Lodge, one of the finest lodges on any river. Paradise is one of few genuine wilderness lodges complete with a driving range, horseshoes, swimming holes, fishing, hiking trails and even a sauna. This lodge offers various treats to sample and explore with over 80 acres including large gardens that provide much of the food they serve in the dining room.

After a hearty breakfast at Paradise, you'll return to the boats and head downstream. We arrive at our take-out at around 2 PM.
