Why do you want to know my name and/or e-mail address?
ECHO collects your email address for three purposes. We ask for your email address on our contact form so that we can reply to a question about our trips that you may have. We also ask for your email address if you are interested in our email news about our company, current river conditions, and special promotions. Finally, we ask for your email address when filling out a catalog request so that we can clarify any information that you have entered.
What other information do you keep track of about me?
We keep a record of your address, phone numbers, email address. If you've been on one of our trips we keep track of the trips you've done as well as the personal information that we need for our trips.
How do you use this information?
We use your email address to send you information about our trips that we believe may interest you. We may send you promotional information, including brochures, about our trips to you through the mail if you enter your mailing address.
