JUNE trips on the Middle Fork are likely to be cool (days 50-65 degrees, nights 40-50 degrees), with a good chance of rainstorms. The water will be high and cold, around 45-50 degrees, and you can plan on being splashed alot.
Late JUNE to AUGUST trips are warmer (days 70-95 degrees, nights 60-80 degrees), with afternoon thunderstorms always common. The water usually warms up by the end of July to the high 50's to low 60's.
SEPTEMBER trips generally have mild days (60-80 degrees) and cool nights (40-55 degrees). Storms are always possible.
