In
the 80's and 90's ECHO used to run the Middle
Fork and Main Salmon together
as the first trip of the season. We would run the 160 mile stretch in
seven days when the water was near its peak flow. These trips are legendary.
After our nine day guide school last May at high water, the guides thought it would be fun to get an adventurous group of adults together, skip the training, and bring back the "Salmon Supreme." We'll spend more time exploring the canyon, sitting around the campfire, and telling stories while enjoying our favorite beverage(s).

This trip will have a more "hands-on" style than our other trips.
Everyone will be encouraged to help set up camp, cook,and
load boats. In addition, this is an exciting time to be in Idaho's
Frank Church 
Wilderness
because we could see insane rain showers, snow, and very high water. There
are rarely other groups on the water this time of year so we'll get to stay
at the best camps and have top bragging rights!
If you decide to sign up for this trip, you should

- Mentally and physically prepare yourself for the worst weather imaginable
- Want to be a part of the team in camp and on the river
- Be at least 21 years old
