CANCELLATION POLICY
Trip capacity is regulated by law. We have a limited number of spaces on each trip and the spaces that you reserve are spaces that we cannot sell to anyone else. If you should cancel, we might not have time to sell the spaces to anyone else. Therefore we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.
If we receive written notice of trip cancellation prior to the balance due date, there is a cancellation charge of $250 per person for Middle Fork of the Salmon trips. If cancellations are made on or after the balance due date, no money will be refunded unless we fill the trip, in which case we will refund all but the cancellation charges.
Guests who must cancel are welcome to find replacements for their spaces. In this case, a full refund will be issued only after trip replacements have paid for their trip in full.
We highly recommend that our guests look into purchasing Travel Insurance.
