Wine Trips Our wine trip for 2006 will be with Ludovic Dervin from Mumm Napa. The trip will be a four day on the Rogue from June 20-23 and cost $785/person. Learn More about "Wine and Whitewater"

Special Kayak Trips For years, we have been offering instructional kayak trips on the Middle Fork of the Salmon with renowned kayaking instructors Phil and Mary DeRiemer. These trips start on June 25 and July 3.

In addition to these, we are offering early June discounted trips for experienced kayakers on the Middle Fork. These trips are designed for kayakers who want to share the river with their family. Our guides will set up camp and prepare delicious meals. Learn More about discounted kayak trips

November Guide Profile Vladimir Gavrilov is an amazing human being. ECHO brought Vlad to the United States in 1991 to work on the Class IV Tuolumne River.

Now Vlad teaches high school AP physics near Sacramento. In the former Soviet Union, Vlad earned two PhD's in Radiation Chemistry while leading rafting expeditions all over the USSR focusing on the Altai Mountains of Siberia. Learn More about Vlad

California The city of San Francisco has dropped the thought of putting in another pipe that would have significantly hurt the Tuolumne.
