California Saturday was our first one day trip of the spring Tuolumne season. The water level was perfect and the wildflowers were in bloom. We expect the water to be fun, but not scary through the middle of May. The end of May and the beginning of June should bring huge water for thrill-seekers out there.

Oregon Our guide school did the first Rogue trip of the season two weeks ago. It was cold and rainy for four days and amazingly everyone reports a good time. We are already planning our guide school for 2006!

Idaho Snow and rain have been falling over the past few weeks in Idaho which has been nice for the Idaho snowpack. We have also heard that the road to Boundary should be open so that we can run the entire 100 miles of Middle Fork of the Salmon on our earliest trips.
