Airfare from Asia to Paro, Bhutan

Roundtrip airfare from your arrival city in Asia to Paro, Bhutan is arranged with Druk air and can only be purchased by our contact in Bhutan. This airfare is nonrefundable and due with your deposit payment.

Deposits and Payments

Deposit: A $500 deposit is due within 10 days of booking

Airfare: Payment for rountrip airfare to Paro is due by March 15th.

Final Payment: Your final payment is due by May 1st.

Cancellations and Refunds

Our trips to Bhutan are offered under special permission and we must make plans and make non-refundable payments far in advance. For this reason we cannot offer refunds for any reason.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that includes, among other things, cancellation insurance. You can purchase the insurance that we recommend through Travel Insurance Select, or get your own through your insurance agent.

Travel Documents

You need a valid passport.

Itinerary Changes

Weather and river conditions may cause us to modify our itineraries. If modifications are made, we will make every effort to maintain the flavor and intent of the trip. We hope you accept the changes as part of the adventure.

Cancelled Trips

ECHO reserves the right to cancel trips for any reason, including insufficient sign-ups, political unrest, or acts of God that would impede trip operations. In the event of such a cancellation, ECHO will refund all payments for land costs, minus any money we are unable to recoup for payments made to our tour operators. If for any reason a trip were to be stopped while in progress, ECHO will refund what we can recoup from tour operators for that part of the trip not completed.
